**Locatie: Antwerpen**
Als Enterprise Software Development Architect zal jij samen met bekwame architecten, ontwikkelaars en techneuten een duidelijke visie en richting uitwerken. Je zal daarbij instaan voor de begeleiding van de teams en de realisatie van deze visie. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met andere Architects, Coaches, SecDevOps leads, Security Professionals en Development teams. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan het Hoofd Enterprise Architectuur.
**Wat doe je concreet ?**:
- Onze ontwikkelingsteams bijstaan door expertise en begeleiding te bieden op het gebied van softwareontwikkeling architectuur, dit in samenwerking met de Enterprise Architect van dat specifieke domein.
- Inzicht bieden in onze huidige AS-IS-status van programmeertalen en meegeleverde ontwikkelingstools.
- Beoordelen of bepaalde talen nog goed aansluiten bij onze huidige en toekomstige behoeften.
- Assisteren bij de selectie van ontwikkeltalen en tooling.
- Maturity assessments uitvoeren op onze codebase en teamwerking wat betreft development.
- Aanbieden van migratiestrategieën als gevolg van een bepaald voorstel.
**Functievereisten**:
**Benodigde skills**:
- Sterke vaardigheden in ten minste Java, Node.js en React.
- Ervaring en diepgaande kennis van native ontwikkeling in Java, Kotlin en Swift.
- Ervaring met zowel backend als frontend development.
- Kennis van cloud-native architecturen en programmeer tactieken voor serverless architecturen.
- Diepgaande kennis van Domain Driven Design en de tactische implementaties ervan.
- Sterke kennis van CI / CD-praktijken, IaC-tooling en overeenkomstige tools en practices.
- Architectuur assessments uitvoeren om de Business Strategie te ondersteunen met de vereiste Technology Tooling Architectuur.
- Niet alleen TDD en ADD kunnen verklaren, maar ook het huidige volwassenheidsniveau meten en een meetbaar proces bieden om beide te verbeteren
- In staat zijn om te helpen bij het opzetten en onderhouden van Consumer Driven Contract Testing-tactieken
- Ervaring met Low-code en No-code oplossingen of bereid om hierin te investeren.
- Ervaring met code-assistentietooling zoals SonarCloud en interesse in AI-gestuurde ondersteunende tooling.

- Je beschikt over een mooie toolset aan mensenkennis en een flinke portie positivisme.
- Je bent open en constructief voor de creatieve ideeën die op je pad komen - maar ook in staat je eigen visie uit te dragen
- Je bent communicatief en in staat om te schakelen tussen experten en management om je visie uit te dragen
