As we are growing and because we have an ambitious business plan this year, we want to attract a Talent Acquisition Partner for a certain period to ensure our growth in terms of resources, trainings & talent.

Your first mission is to attract strong potentials with a background in finance or “functional IT”. The profiles that we are looking for are mainly focused on planning, reporting or functional & business analysis.

**Your personality**:
Entrepreneurship is a value that is crucial for yourself. Working for a start-up is something on your wishlist.

**Your skills**:

- You have a Bachelor/Master
- You have a good first or second work experience
- You are passionate about bringing efficiency & performance management into financial departments
- You are willing to work as a Numlix consultant to service our customers with a long term vision
- You have relevant experience in recruitment, sourcing, matching but also in attracting & retaining. Or your background can be in IT or in Finance, both are perfect for this position.

**About Numlix**:
