**Responsabilités principales**:

- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et les visiteurs à leur arrivée dans l'agence.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, aux courriels et aux demandes de renseignements avec courtoisie et professionnalisme.
- Gérer les rendez-vous et les demandes de renseignements des clients de manière efficace.
- Assurer un soutien administratif de base, y compris la gestion du courrier entrant et sortant, la saisie de données et la tenue à jour des dossiers clients.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer un service clientèle exceptionnel à chaque interaction.

**Compétences requises**:

- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, avec une capacité à interagir efficacement avec une clientèle variée. La connaissance parfaite du français est exigée et la connaissance de l’anglais et/ou du néerlandais est un plus.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base, y compris MS Office et la capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux logiciels.
- Sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Professionnalisme, discrétion et souci du détail.
