De marketing voor de segmenten Business, Corporate & Public maakt deel uit van het departement Wealth, Enterprises and Public (WEP).
Binnen Marketing maakt de Product Manager Working Capital deel uit van het Product Management-team dat over de hele value proposition gaat, die ter beschikking wordt gesteld van bedrijven en ondernemingen. Waarbij de Product Manager producten en oplossingen voor kasbehoeften van klanten opvolgt.
De Product Manager Working Capital heeft een totaalbeeld van de activiteit Transaction Banking binnen Belfius en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de business in samenwerking met de frontoffice. Hij/zij draagt bij aan de uitwerking, follow-up en implementatie van de strategie die samen wordt uitgetekend.
Door zijn/haar expertise bezit hij/zij een grondige kennis van de producten, processen, de markt en de strategische uitdagingen die gepaard gaan met de activiteit Transaction Banking (working capital uitdagingen). Hij werkt niet alleen nauw samen met de afdeling Transaction Banking, maar ook met een groot aantal afdelingen van de bank (Communicatie, Financial reporting, Distributions, Risk, Servicing,), maar ook met (bestaande of potentiële) externe partners om een dynamische, innoverende en ambitieuze benadering van het productengamma aan te bieden.
Elke Product Manager is gespecialiseerd in een deel van het gamma en is ‘owner’ van het productgamma dat hij beheert. Als Product Manager Working Capital stelt hij innovaties voor met betrekking tot zijn productgamma en ontwikkelt deze om de doelstellingen van E&E&P (Enterpreneurs & Enterprises & Public) in het algemeen en die van de activiteit Transaction Banking in het bijzonder te realiseren.
Belangrijkste opdrachten van de functie ‘Product Manager E&E&P Working Capital’:
- Voorbereiding en beschrijving van de strategie.Een strategie ontwikkelen voor de positionering van Transaction Banking, alsook de producten en oplossingen. Hij bepaalt het globale strategische kader om de doelstellingen van E&E&P te realiseren, met inbegrip van de digitale toepassingen en een go-to-marketvisie die geïntegreerd is met de producten en oplossingen voor kasbehoeften van klanten.
- Uitwerking van actieplannen.Een concreet actieplan uitwerken, doorvoeren en opvolgen voor de beheerde en nog te creëren producten in de aan kasbehoeften gelinkte domeinen, in samenwerking met alle afdelingen die aanwezig zijn in de waardeketen van de klant, de Segment-teams en de betrokken directies van de bank (Digital, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Distributions, Back Offices,...) om de strategische doelstellingen van E&E&P te realiseren.
- Beheer van de rendabiliteit en vaststelling van de pricing.De basispricings en een referentiekader per type klant vaststellen, evenals de uitzonderingsregels om ervoor te zorgen dat de productlijn rendabel is, rekening houdend met de concurrentieomgeving en het landenrisico (afgestemd op de Compliance-richtlijnen).
- Initiëring van de productpromotie
Communicatietools invoeren voor de value proposition van Trade Finance en bankwaarborgen, eigen aan elk klantensegment, in samenwerking met ‘Segment’, Sales en Communicatie.
- Verkoopondersteuning.
- Distributions en de Transaction Banking de nodige tools en opleidingen rond de betrokken producten bieden, zodat ze onderbouwd technisch en commercieel advies kunnen geven aan de klanten en hen ondersteunen bij het realiseren van de doelstellingen.
- Follow-up van de ontwikkelingen inzake regelgeving en digitale toepassingen op de markt.Het productgamma mee laten evolueren met de markt, de regelgeving en de behoeften van klanten.
- Transversale aanpak.De beschreven taken uitvoeren door de verschillende stakeholders binnen en buiten WEP er zo veel mogelijk bij te betrekken om een volledig beeld te krijgen, voorstellen te kunnen formuleren en de verwachte deliverables te realiseren.
