Introductie
IT-Planet is dé HR specialist voor flexibele en tijdelijke staffing in IT. Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Op vandaag hebben wij reeds 180 fijne collega’s op project. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Tester** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het testen en onderzoeken van specifieke software en ziet erop toe dat deze goed functioneren. Je bent betrokken bij het uitvoeren van geautomatiseerde en handmatige tests om ervoor te zorgen dat de door ontwikkelaars gemaakte software geschikt is voor het doel. Enkele van de taken omvatten het analyseren van software en systemen, het beperken van risico’s en het voorkomen van softwareproblemen.
- De testnormen, richtlijnen en methodologie volgen zoals gespecificeerd in de testaanpak
- Analyseren van gebruikersverhalen en/of use cases/eisen op geldigheid en haalbaarheid
- Ontwikkelen van testscripts, testvoorwaarden, ingevoerde testgegevens en verwachte resultaten voor een of meer teststromen, waaronder applicatieproduct-, integratieproduct-, gebruikersacceptatie
- en operationele acceptatietests en voert deze uit
- Voert testcases uit onder verschillende omstandigheden
- Documenteert en evalueert testresultaten
- Detecteert, logt en rapporteert programma bugs en glitches
- Traceert defecten en helpt bij het oplossen van fouten
- Evalueert testprocedures en ontwikkelt testscripts
- Werkt samen met ingenieurs om QA inspanningen te sturen
- Werkt nauw samen met andere teamleden en afdelingen
Functie-eisen
- ISTQB Foundation, Agile, Advanced Test Analyst certificering of andere relevante certificering
- Senior tester: +7 jaar testervaring
- Zeer goede kennis van testmethodologie en -technieken (ISTQB, TMAP, )
- Goede kennis van Jira en plugin X-Ray
- Ervaring met Agile frameworks en regressietesten gewenst
- Veel aandacht voor detail en solide analytische vaardigheden
- Bedreven in test management software
- Goede kennis van programmeertalen
- Aantoonbare ervaring met testtools
- Talen: Nederlands en/of Frans vloeiend of goed, Engels vloeiend
