Project : As part of the digitalization of the Renewables sector, several projects related to document management, internal communication and Knowledge Management are launched. The Business Analyst will therefore have to work on one or more of these projects

Main responsibilities:
The Business Analyst trains business stakeholders on the O365 platform, and in particular on Teams, Sharepoint Online and Dynamics 365 The Business Analyst
actively participates in projects to digitize the sector and migrate to the Office 365 platform and SharePoint Online The Business Analyst listens, understands and transcribes the needs of business stakeholders.

Thanks to his advanced knowledge of the Office 365 platform, the Business Analyst is able to make simple configurations to meet the needs of business stakeholders. If necessary, he can turn to advanced developers and/or the Solution Architect. The Business Analyst is part of a team composed of a project manager, a solution architect and business stakeholders.

If the configurations are more complex, follow the development, validation and production phases supported by the ICT team
Develop and deliver communication plans Develop guidelines for the use of Office 365 tools and define the content of the training necessary for key-users and end-users.
Develop and deliver training Accompany end users during go-live periods Support the business in the evolution of the solution

Desired experience of minimum 5 years, English Proven experience in Business Analysis and configuration on Office 365, Teams and Sharepoint Online Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus Pedagogy, Popularization Clarity in communication Experience in change management Autonomy and rigor

**Salary**: €450.00 - €520.00 per day
