Ai Architect

We are seeking an experienced **AI Architect** to join our IT Architecture team, focusing on designing and implementing architecture solutions for a variety of AI-driven projects. Based in Brussels with a hybrid work setup, this role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to align and deploy AI capabilities that meet both business and technical requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Solution Delivery**: Develop and deliver IT architecture solutions tailored for AI projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic objectives and technical standards.
- **Project Support**: Lead architecture support for various AI initiatives, including:

- Chatbot solutions for employees and customers
- MLOps integration with IT processes
- AI-enabled Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Document knowledge extraction (e.g., signature detection)
- AI integration in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Engage with product owners, project managers, security architects, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to architectural design.
- **Documentation**: Create comprehensive solution and reference architecture documents for validation and guidance by the architecture committee, particularly for data and AI projects.
- **Deployment Support**: Assist and advise teams on implementing architecture topics across functional, informational, technical, and security aspects.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in IT architecture, with demonstrated expertise in AI-driven projects.
- **AI Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including MLOps, RPA, chatbot development, and related areas.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments and alignment on innovative solutions.
- **Language Requirements**: English + French/Dutch
