**HET BEDRIJF**:
Onze opdrachtgever is een onafhankelijke Europese leider in Multi-technische diensten op het gebied van energie en communicatie, met een jaaromzet van maar liefst 7 miljuard euro zijn ze actief in 36 landen en hebben ze wereldwijd maar liefst 48.000 medewerkers. De IT-tak wordt geleid vanuit België waar 200 medewerkers volledig autonoom hun expertise van IT-solutions in beeld brengen. Hiervoor zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een Solution Sales, die een nieuwe pipeline gaat aanleggen in Vlaanderen en Brussel, alsook de bestaande klantenportefeuille onderhoudt.
**DE POSITIE**:
- Je prospecteert intensief potentiële klanten in Vlaanderen en Brussel: je analyseert hun noden en reikt hen de gepaste oplossingen aan. Je geeft advies en expertise aan onze klanten en helpt hen bij hun digitale transformatie.
- Je detecteert nieuwe kansen bij nieuwe & bestaande klanten en zet deze om in de verkoop van cloud-, infrastructuur
- en werkplekoplossingen.
- Je stelt offertes op die beantwoorden aan de noden van je klant en zorgt voor de opvolging ervan. In deze fase werk je nauw samen met je collega's van marketing en pre-sales en heb je hulp bij het opstellen van de juiste offerte.
**AANBOD**:
- Je krijgt vanaf dag één en contract onbepaalde duur als solution sales.
- Je krijgt een zeer marktconform salaris dat tussen de 55K - 65K bruto per jaar ligt, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring.
- Ben jij een jager? Dan kun je ook rekenen op een stevige bonus, afhankelijk van je prestaties zal het tussen de 20K-25K per jaar liggen.
- Voor deze functie krijg je ook een bedrijfswagen en tankkaart, die je ook privé mag gebruiken.

- Opleiding is erg belangrijk voor de organisatie, ze hebben een intern platform met maar liefst 600 opleidingen variërend van Sales tot IT.
**PROFIEL**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor en/of Master, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen de commerciële wereld.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van werkplek
- en infrastructuuroplossingen en je kant technische informatie omzetten in een sales-talk naar onze klanten.
- Je hebt de juiste commerciële flair om je doelstellingen te behalen, daarnaast zijn je communicatieve vaardigheden uitstekend en weet je elke doelgroep aan te spreken.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans en hebt een sterke kennis van het Engels.
