Al eens met rode wangen aan de kassa gestaan omdat je betaling niet lukte, terwijl de rij achter jou snel langer werd? Of lang moeten wachten tot je vrienden je hun deel betaalde voor dat etentje? Die problemen zijn te voorkomen.

Wij zorgen ervoor dat klanten altijd en overal kunnen betalen, betaald worden en hun geld kunnen beheren. Dat doen we met **betaaloplossingen **als rekeningen en bankkaarten, maar ook verrijkte transacties in Mobile, Apple Pay & Google Pay en Payconiq.

Als productbeheerder trek jij mee aan de kar van innovaties, zodat we** het leven van onze klanten nog makkelijker maken**. Samen met je collega’s onderzoek je hoe we nieuwe technologieën en trends naar de klant kunnen brengen via Kate; onze digitale assistente in KBC Mobile. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan cryptocurrencies, ‘koop nu betaal later’ en digital wallets. Misschien kan je er nog wel andere bedenken?

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Als productbeheerder stippel je de lijnen uit en waak je over **alle fases van de levenscyclus van je product**; van idee tot concept, uitvoering, marketing en rapportering. Atijd met een **focus op de reële noden van onze klanten**.
- Om hen beter te leren kennen, zoek je naar **klantinzichten **via verschillende bronnen; marktonderzoek, GBO of door collega’s uit het kantorennet aan te spreken.
- Je blijft **op de hoogte van** wat concurrenten doen, van economische/sociale evoluties en nieuwe technologieën die impact (kunnen) hebben op KBC.
- Op basis daarvan doe je **voorstellen voor productvernieuwing of -wijziging** met de klemtoon op innovatie. Daarbij gebruik je data als hefboom en streef je naar een wow-ervaring voor de klant via Kate. Zonder risicobeheer uit het oog te verliezen.
- Je beheert de **prijszetting **van je product en zorgt ervoor dat het steeds rendabel is.
- Uiteraard werk je niet alleen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de delivery teams, van het team dat transformatie ondersteunt en van verschillende segmenten.

- Je hebt een **masterdiploma **en kijkt ernaar uit om je vast te bijten in complexe materie. **Voortdurend bijleren** en expert worden spreekt je aan.
- Je communiceert vlot in het** Nederlands en Engels**. Je past je communicatiestijl moeiteloos aan aan je gesprekspartner zodat je met iedereen in de organisatie goed kan samenwerken.
- Een beslissing nemen of die van een ander **challengen **als je dat nodig vindt? Deadlines of wisselende prioriteiten? Geen probleem voor jou.
- Net als je collega’s hou je ervan om doelen te bereiken als **team**. Tegelijk vind je het makkelijk om zelfstandig te werken en je taken efficiënt te plannen.
- Als je iets nieuws spot, kan je goed **inschatten **of het een opportuniteit is voor KBC.
