Thales Belgium SA, Belgium competence center of Thales, is a company located on 2 sites, one in Tubize (near Brussels) and the other one in Herstal (near Liège). Thales Belgium, which employs more than 280 collaborators, is specialized in the design, development and supply of critical information systems for customers in the sectors of Defense, Security (including Cyber) and Aerospace.
**Industrial Supplier Quality**
**Mission**:
L’Industrial Supplier Quality fait partie du département « Industrial Performance & HSE ». Il/Elle rapporte au « Head of Industrial Quality Performance & HSE » et est en support transverse direct des « Industrial Quality Leader » des sites de Tubize et de Herstal.
L’Industrial Supplier Quality travaille en transverse sur les deux sites de THALES Belgium de Tubize et Herstal.
Il/Elle travaille en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de contrôle qualité industrielle et le Supply Performance Manager (SPM)
**Responsabilités**:
Assurer la qualité des fournisseurs de l'amont (phase sélection fournisseur) jusqu'en aval (évaluation des performances), avec pour objectifs de:
- Renforcer l'implication de la qualité dans les phases sélection fournisseurs
- Réduire la non qualité chez les fournisseurs
- Assurer une meilleure maitrise des risques fournisseurs
- Améliorer le pilotage de nos fournisseurs.
Exigences qualité fournisseurs:
- Etablir en équipe intégrée avec les Méthodes, Product Design Authority et Purchase, les spécifications techniques et exigences qualité d’achats à l’attention des fournisseurs
Sélection des fournisseurs du point de vue qualité:
- Mener des audits fournisseurs conformément au plan de l'année et aux prévisions
- Déployer les exigences EGAPE chez les fournisseurs identifiés
- Assurer la validation et la qualification des fournisseurs au travers des Supplier Site Approval (SSA) et Supplier Process/Production Qualification (SPPQ)
- Participer au process de sélection fournisseur en amont (Pvet) en lien avec les Achats en apportant une synthèse de notre connaissance des fournisseurs, en identifiant les éventuels risques et en proposant des actions de mitigation des risques
- Entretenir une synthèse des risques des fournisseurs des produits majeurs de GCC partagé avec les Achats
Amélioration de la qualité fournisseurs:
- Mener des actions d'amélioration de la maturité des fournisseurs au travers de plans d’actions
- Mener des actions d'amélioration interne pour améliorer le fonctionnement avec les fournisseurs
Performance qualité fournisseur:
- Mener des chantiers d'amélioration ciblés en support du Supplier Performance Manager (SPM)
- Travailler en collaboration étroite avec le SPM dans l’analyse des données de performance afin de déployer des actions vers les fournisseurs
- Mesurer et réduire les coûts de non qualité fournisseurs
- Contribuer à la tenue des objectifs de performance « On-Conformity Delivery Supplier » (OCD-S) et « On Time Delivery Supplier » (OTD-S)
Interface Qualité Fournisseur:
- Pouvoir communiquer en interne les risques fournisseurs (Processus, Ressources, Infrastructures)
- Participer de manière active dans l’analyse de plaintes clients résultant de problèmes fournisseurs Réaliser des analyses de causes racines et suivre des actions correctives auprès de fournisseurs Participer à l’établissement et la réalisation du plan d’audits et de suivi des fournisseurs critiques en équipe intégrée avec le SPM, les responsable qualité industrielle et les achats
- Participer au plan d’évaluations de maturité internes (audit TIMS), ainsi qu’assurer le suivi et la clôture des actions correctives attribuées
**Profil**:
**_ Formations & Expériences :_**
- Ingénieur de formation, orientation mécanique et électromécanique
- 5 ans d’expériences minimum dans une fonction qualité industrielle fournisseurs
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (capacité professionnelle requise, communication orale et écrite)
**_ Compétences & Aptitudes requises _**
- Excellente communication (à l’écrit comme à l’oral)
- Bonne aisance dans la rédaction de documents techniques
- Capacité à travailler dans des équipes multidisciplinaires et de manière autonome
- Être acteur(trice) dans la création d’un véritable esprit d’équipe
- Pro-actif(ve), engagé(e) et enthousiaste
- Rigoureux(se), méthodique et organisé(e)
