Lithography Chemist

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Design EUV lithography experiments and analyze exposure data to advance the understanding of resist pattern chemistry
- Collect and analyze large data sets such as image files, SEM, AFM, and ellipsometry data
- Develop efficient data processing flows and algorithms to enable rapid interpretation and parametrization of exposure data and coupled chemical information
- Interface between process and resist chemistry teams to communicate hypotheses, experimental objectives, plans, and results
- Utilize lithography simulation tools to maximize experimental learning

**Who you are**
- PhD or MS in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Physics, Biochemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of practical experience in photolithography, Photoresist development, or related field
- Comprehensive understanding of the physics of photolithography and the chemistry of high-resolution photoresists
- Photolithography simulation and modeling software knowledge, including stochastic simulations
- Functional programing, scripting, and statistical analysis skills on large data sets
- Experience with laboratory or semiconductor fab operations a plus
- Self-driven and proactive in achieving goals
- Well organized, flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Active and effective communication skills in English, verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
