**In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better**
**You are responsible for**
- Demonstrating Philips Ultrasound systems at customer sites, events and seminars, to help customers to understand the advantages of Philips Ultrasound equipment and solutions in their daily operation and workflows.
- Performing after sales installation training and education, to maximize customer awareness and understanding of their (new) Philips Ultrasound systems;
- Working closely with the Account manager on lead generation by understanding the customer needs to maximize sales and customer satisfaction;
- Maintaining customer relationships and monitoring the use of Philips installed base, by regular contact with the users, in order to improve the workflow and maximize customer satisfaction;
Cooperating with support department and effectively manage demo equipment;
- Cooperating with product management for feedback on products;
- Providing customer feedback using the Philips customer feedback process.
**You are a part of**
The Philips Benelux Ultrasound team including Cardiology, General Imaging, Obstetrics & Gynecology and Point of Care. Our team consists of highly skilled Clinical Application Specialists and experienced Account managers. You will report to the Commercial Leader Ultrasound Philips Benelux.
**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Clinical Ultrasound background in General Imaging (Radiology, Vascular).
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- You are a team player that also can work individually.
- Knowledge/ Experience in the structure of a hospital / Health Care.
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written.
