Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Clinical Trial Lead to join a fantastic pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Belgium. Our client is focused on generating a healthier society.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- For this position, you will be accountable for handling operational actions of allocated clinical studies in the clinical R&D operations team.
- Might be the main point of contact for clinical trial sites.
- When required, you will resolve issues with assistance from clinical management arising throughout clinical trial implementation, as well as look for direction for more multifaceted issues.
- You will offer communications of important clinical data and proceedings on an internal basis.
- Operates as a dependable, trusted source of precise, informed project knowledge as entreated by crucial shareholders.
- To implement company promoted clinical trials for the medical device franchises under observation, you will act as a clinical trials leader in the clinical operations CoE operations team.
- Guarantee that all HR linked actions as well as verdicts demonstrate the company's values.
- Responsible for the quality, compliance with guidelines and company procedures, deadlines, and budgets for allocated clinical trials.
- Any other assigned duties.
**Key Skills**:
- Able to give presentations with the ability to inspire others.
- Communication capabilities, both written and verbally.
- Capable of acting in a professional and ethical fashion.
**Requirements**:
- Educated to a degree level in a life science, physical science, nursing or biological science discipline.
- At least 2-4 years of pertinent experience.
- Past involvement in a clinical trial management role or similar.
- Ideal to possess applicable qualifications such as CCRA. RAC, CDE, etc.
- A background in clinical or medical, as well as medical device expertise.
- Comprehension of good clinical practices.
- Able to interpret and implement regulations and standards that are executed in clinical fields/regions.
- Technical writing abilities.
- Able to form relationships with crucial shareholders, team members, subdivisions within the organisation and material suppliers on an internal and external basis.
- Enthusiastically contribute to departmental process development actions.
- Able to take ownership for personal development and take constructive criticism from others.
