Wij zijn op zoek naar een:
**Google Chromebook Lead Trainer**

Als Lead Trainer Benelux ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de trainingen en van het Ambassador Programma, en regelt bijbehorende SWAG. Je ontwikkelt trainingen en trainingsmaterialen die CEM's gebruiken voor de uitvoering van de training. Ook bepaal je wat de content en de focus van de trainingen wordt en stel je hierbij trainingsplannen op voor alle relevante kanalen, inclusief de online partners. Met jouw vernieuwende kijk zie jij in hoe je de kwaliteit van de trainingen en trainingsconcepten kan verbeteren. Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt het Ambassador Program en onderhoudt intensief contact met de Global/EMEA/Benelux stakeholders van Google, de (online) retailers, de OEMs en het field team. Door trainingen van de CEM's bij te wonen zorg jij met jouw coaching ervoor dat hun trainingsvaardigheden worden geoptimaliseerd.

Je werkt samen met de Chromebook Experience managers in Nederland en België, en je wordt aangestuurd door de Senior Accountmanager.

**Wie zoeken wij**
Met jouw ervaring in de retail kun jij jouw sterke focus op trainingsresultaat optimaal benutten. Je kunt (grote) groepen trainen tijdens events en classroom-settings, maar ook webinars verzorgen. Daarnaast vinden we het belangrijk dat je:

- Passie hebt voor Google en Chromebooks
- HBO werk
- en denkniveau hebt
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden bezit
- Ervaring hebt met het uitvoeren van producttrainingen aan verkoopmedewerkers, zowel op de winkelvloer als in classroom-setting
- Een goede beheersing hebt van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift, Frans is een pré.
- Probleemoplossende en creatieve instelling
- Sterk bent in plannen en organiseren
- Een sterke focus hebt op het trainingsresultaat
