**The role, at a glance**:
The Warehouse Admin is responsible for packaging and preparing outgoing shipments through coordination with internal teams, to ensure that demand is fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. They are also responsible for receiving product on the dock, performing quality checks and reflecting physical movements of goods in different IT-systems.

**How you'll contribute**:

- Transact customer orders using ERP system.
- Execute transactions in different IT-systems (CRM, AX, etc) to ensure digital status reflects the physical state.
- Provide quality control inspections as necessary within the workflow.
- Pick product for shipping, ensuring all required items are picked and ready for packaging.
- Affix packaging labels to cartons.
- Receive product, processing into the system as well as unloading trailers.
- Take an accurate inventory count of finished goods and materials, as assigned.
- Identify and help solve problems as they arise.
- Process domestic and international shipments.
- Provide freight quotations to our internal customer service team.
- Assist with converting products into bundles, kits and re-packages.

**You'll also assist with**:

- Maintain good communication and rapport with co-workers.
- Ensure designated warehouse areas are kept organized and neat.
- Keep supervisor informed of issues on the warehouse floor.
- Ability to perform Product Conversion functions without assistance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2-4 years of related experience in general warehouse duties including; receiving, packaging, and shipping.
- Forklift certification or must be able to obtain forklift certification within the first month of employment.
- Ability to adjust work pace in response to daily needs.
- Maintain good communication and rapport with co-workers.
- Able to multi-task and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly in Dutch and English including both written and verbal skills.
- Able to recognize improvement opportunities and communicate them to their Lead.
- Intermediate Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- CRM-system experience preferred.

**Work Environment**:

- Warehouse and Manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. periodically with assistance.
- Stand or sit for long periods.
- Perform tasks (that may be repetitive) that require reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, walking, stooping and/or bending.
- Use tools that require fine hand skills.
- Visually observe, and differentiate, small moving parts.
- Ability to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required in designated areas.
