Ter ondersteuning van deze strategie zal Corporate EHS een modern, best-in-class digitaal EHS/ESG-prestatiebeheersysteem invoeren en ontwikkelen.

Als integratie architect,
Je rol bestaat uit het analyseren en opbouwen van een diepgaand begrip van het huidige applicatielandschap, een diversiteit aan wereldwijde en lokale oplossingen.
Wij geloven dat een leidende rol in de architectuur & het ontwerp van het nieuwe EHS/ESG IT-oplossingslandschap en gegevensstromen onze veiligheidsnormen naar het volgende niveau kan brengen
Als specialist overzie je end2end procesontwerp en integratiepunten met bestaande oplossingen.
Door te zoeken naar overeenkomsten kunnen we een flexibel en modulair technologieplatform verzekeren dat klaar is voor onze toekomstige groei
Ook ben je adviseur en gids, dus je moet op de hoogte zijn van de solution roadmap en advies geven aan het I.S. en EHS Senior Management.
**Als projectmanager,**
- Coördineren van IT-ontwerp en levering, tussen meerdere multidisciplinaire IT-teams, op wereldwijde schaal.
- Begrijpen van onderlinge afhankelijkheden tussen meerdere strategische BU & Corporate projecten en zorgen voor afstemming van levering en tijdlijn.
- Optreden als de vertrouwde IT delivery partner binnen het EHS/ESG Project Management & Steering Committee.
- Definiëren van het operationele model om het nieuwe EHS/ESG-platform te bouwen en in eigendom te hebben.
Locatie zal Brussel of Hoboken zijn. Af en toe zullen reizen naar andere Umicore-vestigingen (nationaal en internationaal) nodig zijn.
**Wie we zoeken**
- U hebt een master in informatietechnologie, toegepaste economie, bedrijfskunde of gelijkaardig.
- U hebt minstens 5 jaar zinvolle werkervaring als projectmanager, idealiter in het domein van EHS.
- Je hebt een open en bewezen interesse in IT-landschapsontwerp en het leveren van oplossingen
- je hebt een volwassen, assertieve en dynamische persoonlijkheid, met goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
- Je bent een uitgesproken collega met goede communicatievaardigheden en een samenwerkingsgeest
- Je bent klantgericht, resultaatgericht en gepassioneerd over het leveren van kwaliteit.
- Je hebt een grote belangstelling voor en aantoonbare ervaring met gegevens, gegevensbeheer en gegevensstromen
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent in staat om geavanceerde projecten en bijbehorende teams te leiden
- nieuwsgierigheid naar en blootstelling aan industriële activiteiten, processen en technologie
- Goede interne en externe netwerkvaardigheden
- U beheerst het Engels en het Nederlands of Frans. Duits is een pluspunt
