Role
Als Helpdesk Medewerker Eerste Lijn speel je een cruciale rol in het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen en diagnosticeren van problemen, terwijl je zorgt voor een hoge klanttevredenheid.
**Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden**:
Diagnoseer en los software-, hardware
- en netwerkproblemen op en bied tijdige oplossingen.
Werk samen met interne teams (engineering, productmanagement) om complexe technische kwesties op te lossen.
Documenteer en volg klantproblemen, en escaleer indien nodig.
Assisteer bij productinstallaties, configuraties en updates.
Geef feedback over terugkerende problemen ter verbetering van de product
- en servicekwaliteit.
Onderhoud een sterke klantrelatie door vragen op een professionele en empathische manier te behandelen.
Profile
**Kwalificaties**:
Vloeiend in het Nederlands (geschreven en gesproken).
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een technische ondersteunings
- of helpdeskrol, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving.
Sterke kennis van probleemoplossingsmethoden voor software
- en hardwareproblemen.
Bekendheid met netwerktechnologieën en besturingssystemen.
Vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken in een snel veranderende omgeving.
Uitstekende communicatie
- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
Ervaring met ticketingsystemen (bijv. Zendesk, Jira) is een pluspunt.
