**Als Environmental Lead zorg jij er samen met het SHE/QRA/BCM team (Safety, Health, Environment / Quality Regulatory Assurance / Business Continuity) voor dat onze DHL Supply Chain België organisatie o.a. het veiligste, gezondste, milieuvriendelijkste georganiseerde bedrijf is, waarbij de focus ligt op het milieu luik in België. Safety staat bij DHL Supply Chain op nummer 1. Daarnaast zijn wij volop in beweging om naar een CO2 neutrale en duurzame organisatie te groeien. Onze afdeling SHE/QRA/BCM is de drijvende en sturende kracht achter deze ambities. Wij zoeken een ervaren, krachtige en deskundige Environmental Lead voor onze DHL Supply Chain vestigingen in België.

**Arbeidsvoorwaarden**
- Een fulltime functie (32 tot 40 uur bespreekbaar) in dagdienst (flexcibel in te delen)
- Salaris in ons RCS J tussen €4586;
- en €6115;
- met doorgroeimogelijkheden tot €7644,
- Een bonusregeling van maximaal 12,5%

**Jouw nieuwe baan als Environmental Lead**

Je zorgt er in samenwerking met externe mileucoördinatoren voor dat er wordt voldaan aan de Belgische wettelijke verplichtingen op milieu vlak.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bestaan o.a. uit:

- Het zorgdragen voor het aanvragen van milieuvergunningen
- Het zorgdragen op naleving van de milieuvergunningsvoorschriften
- Adviseren op
- en ondersteunen in het afvalmanagement programma om de Zero Waste to Landfill doelstellingen te behalen en behouden
- Mede zorgdragen voor het opstellen en behalen van de jaarlijkse SHEQ doelstellingen
- Ondersteunen, implementeren en opvolgen van de verschillende ISO standaarden zoals ISO 14001 en ISO 50001
- Ondersteunen in RFQ trajecten op de gebieden van milieu en seveso
- Counterpart voor de SHE | QRA | BCM Lead Benelux op de vele topics rondom het milieu luik in België
- Sparringpartner binnen de Belgische operaties bij projecten rondom nieuwe klantcontracten, contractverlengingen, wijzigingen van wet-, en regelgeving en corporate beleid

**Wat zoekt DHL Supply Chain in onze nieuwe Environmental Lead**
- Je hebt aantoonbare kennis in de Belgische milieuwetgeving en Seveso wetgeving
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst zowel de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal in woord en geschrift
- Bij voorkeur heb je affiniteit met de logistieke sector. (Aantoonbare) kennis op het gebied van opslag gevaarlijke goederen is een pré
- Je hebt kennis van
- en interesse in maatschappelijke en economische ontwikkelingen in Nederland en België
- Je bent bereid om te reizen tussen de Belgische sites, het BE hoofdkantoor in Mechelen en het BNL hoofdkantoor in Eindhoven

**Jouw plaats in onze organisatie**

De Benelux is voor SHE/QRA/BCM (SHEQ) opgedeeld in 2 landen, (België en Nederland) met elk zijn eigen specifieke wet
- en regelgeving, maar gemeenschappelijke DHL Supply Chain programma's en doelstellingen. De landen hebben een team van SHEQ coördinatoren op onze vestigingen. Jij bent voor België de lead om te zorgen dat wij voldoen aan de landelijke milieuwetgeving en het DHL beleid. Je vormt een team samen met de collega’s in België en het centrale SHEQ BNL team met daarin een aantal Subject Matter Experts (SME's) met elk hun eigen specifieke kennis en ervaring op het gebied van Health & Safety, Quality, Milieu, Compliancy aan diverse wetten, normeringen en Business Continuity programma's. Tevens werk je nauw samen met de andere afdelingen binnen en buiten Operations Excellence.

De Environmental Lead België rapporteert aan de SHE | QRA | BCM Lead Benelux. Jij bent de linking pin tussen ons en onze vestigingen in op milieu vlak.
