**Functie**:
Welke taken mag je verwachten als Financial Controller?
Als **Financial Controller** zal je een **dynamische** rol vervullen waarbij je **verantwoordelijk** bent voor het **ondersteunen** van de **financiële afdeling** bij diverse taken. Je zult nauw **samenwerken** met het **financiële** team en **rapporteren** aan de **Finance Manager.** Jouw taken zullen onder andere bestaan uit:
- Je werkt mee aan de **closing/reporting** van verschillende entiteiten;
- ** Monitoring** en **challenging** van de **prestaties** van de organisatie volgens de belangrijkste **prestatie-indicatoren,** zoals omzet, overheadkosten en operationele kosten;
- Het gericht **analyseren** van diverse **bedrijfsprocessen** behoort ook tot je takenpakket;
- ** Samenwerken** met andere afdelingen om **financiële** en **operationele informatie** te verstrekken en inzichten met elkaar te delen;
- ** Actief bijdragen** aan **procesverbeteringen** binnen de financiële afdeling.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Om deze functie te kunnen bekleden, verwacht onze klant dat je volgende eigenschappen bezit:
- Heb je **reeds ervaring** opgebouwd, dan kom je **zeker** in **aanmerking;**:
- Een specifiek diploma is **niet** van **toepassing,** maar een bachelor in **finance** is zeker een **pluspunt;**:
- Een **sterk analytisch denkvermogen** hebben is een **belangrijk criterium** voor deze functie;
- Je kan vlot overweg met **Excel** en bij voorkeur ook met een recent **boekhoudpakket;**:
- Verder ben je een **echte teamplayer,** maar je kan ook **autonoom** werken;
- Je bent iemand die **nauwkeurig** te werk gaat, die **gestructureerd** en effici****ënt is met **verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;**:
- Een **proactieve, leergierige** houding en de **bereidheid** om **nieuwe vaardigheden** te **ontwikkelen** is hoe vrienden jou omschrijven.
