**Wat ga je doen?**

Je komt terecht in ons Belgisch SRE-team dat bestaat uit 16 collega’s. Zij zijn verantwoordelijk om onze op maat gemaakte Managed Services op te leveren en te ondersteunen. Daarnaast zijn ze ook verantwoordelijk voor de platformen die dit mogelijk maken.
- Als Ruby On Rails Developer binnen ons SRE-team werk je, op basis van een uitgebreide roadmap, mee aan ons sock-webplatform. Dit is een sterk geautomatiseerd controlepaneel dat door zowel klanten als interne medewerkers wordt gebruikt om Managed Hosting-functies zo eenvoudig mogelijk te beheren.
- Dit platform zal de komende jaren aanzienlijk worden uitgerold binnen de Europese team.blue-groep, wat betekent dat je de kans krijgt om mee te werken aan een flagship product van team.blue dat zeer sterk zal schalen. Er ligt heel wat uitdagend werk op de plank.
- Je richt je voornamelijk op backend development, al zal je ook in de frontend ontwikkeling betrokken worden. Naast de ontwikkeling van nieuwe features draag je ook bij aan de optimalisatie van de huidige code.
- Je zal eveneens betrokken worden bij de analyse, architectuur, testing, documentatie,

**Met welke technologieën zal je werken?**
- Ruby On Rails;
- Javascript/ECMAscript, CSS, SASS,...;
- MySQL;
- Elasticsearch;
- Kubernetes & Docker;
- Redis;
- RabbitMQ;
- RSpec;
- GitLab.

**Wie ben jij?**
- Je hebt ervaring met programmeren in Ruby On Rails.
- Als developer maak je gebruik van OO principes en moderne design patterns.
- Naast backend development sta je ook open om aan de frontend te werken.
- Je hoeft geen ervaring te hebben met alle bovenstaande technologieën zolang je leergierig bent en je graag verdiept in onze technologiestack en producten.
- Kwalitatieve code en (automated) testing gaan voor jou hand in hand samen.
- Ervaring met CI/CD pipelines is een plus.
- Je neemt graag ownership en bent proactief. Je werkt eveneens vlot samen met je collega’s.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
