**THE COMPANY**
Our client was founded in 2017 and, in a short time, grew into a respected and professional consulting and software company. The vision was clear: solutions through consulting, tailored both to customers and to their own employees. In early 2021, software was also added to the services as a solution, when they became a professional partner of Odoo software. To ensure commercial growth, they are looking to hire their first salesperson.
**THE POSITION**
- In your first few weeks, you will enjoy a comprehensive onboarding process. You will get to know the team, get an overview of the current pipeline where you will be explained everything by the CEO for the first few days.
- Once you're set up, you will start by creating your first prospect lists. You will format these based on the expectations and target audience that the company would like to reach.
- Once initial interviews are underway and initial introductions have taken place, a thorough analysis of the organization will follow to identify pain points and necessary priorities.
- Ultimately, your goal is to bring in as many new clients as possible so the company can start realizing different projects. Everything is completely customized, so your analysis is crucial here.
