Thanks to our growth and our “move-forward strategy”, We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR, to be the right-hand of our HR Director and who wants to be part of an adventure where every moment matters.

**Shaping your role and impact**:

- As a “Super HR” of our international recruitment strategy, you will drive the development and execution of our hiring process and employer branding with our HRD and our Directors
- As a key member of the HR team, you will develop partnership with department leaders to meticulously shape the best talents and competencies combination to fit each needs
- As a Boolean master and proactive HR talent, you will pioneer an impactful and cutting-edge sourcing strategy to pinpoint top-tier talents
- Of course, as an HR business partner, you will build an early relationship with talents by building and insuring the best onboarding process for each talent.
- To always move forward, you will follow with the HRD precise reporting to measure and augment recruitment efficiency.
- As part a major actor of the “employee experience”, you will take care of the labor and payroll relations.

**Your “Super-HR” profile**
- A Master degree in industrial psychology, Industrial science, Management (or linked to the job)
- At least 3 years of experience
- French and English are mandatory
