Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

Als Insurance Broker Hull & Liabilities bij Vanbreda Risk & Benefits zal je de bestaande klantenportefeuille actief uitbouwen door middel van prospectie. De nieuwe klantenrelaties bestendig je met het oog op klantentevredenheid en rentabiliteit op lange termijn. Daarnaast heb je aandacht voor je klanten en zorg je voor optimalisatie, retentie en maximalisatie.

Via professionele onderhandelingen en goede commerciële contacten speel je in op de behoeften van klanten en prospecten en werk je polissen uit op maat.
Per klantendossier onderhandel je zelfstandig met de verzekeraars, veelal internationale maatschappijen, om de meest optimale tarieven en voorwaarden te bekomen.
Creatief commerciële acties opzetten en marketingideeën uitbrengen met het oog op groei horen eveneens tot je takenpakket.
Op permanente basis zal je de kwaliteit van de service en rentabiliteit van de portefeuille kritisch bekijken.
Je bent de spilfiguur en aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klantendossiers. Je staat in voor voldoende informatie-uitwisseling naar de betrokken interne Client Managers, Consultants en andere Brokers.
Je zorgt steeds voor een correcte en tijdige uitvoering van alle administratieve taken in samenwerking met de backoffice.

Wat zijn jouw vaardigheden?

Je combineert een hogere opleiding met sterke interesse in maritieme verzekeringen
Je hebt kennis van Charterer’s Liability, P&I of Casco
Je hebt commerciële interesse of commercieel potentieel om nieuwe contacten uit te bouwen
Je bent zeer communicatief in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans
Je straalt vertrouwen en overtuigingskracht uit
Je hebt oog voor lange termijn relaties en je bouwt deze zelfstandig op
Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en kwaliteit
Je bent zeer empatisch en kan je makkelijk inleven in de noden/problematiek van de klant, maatschappij en je collega’s
Je bent bereid om af en toe naar het buitenland te reizen
