**Jobomschrijving**:
Binnen het takenpakket van de Space planner vallen onder meer volgende taken:
- Projectcoördinatie: Organiseer klanten
- en projectoverleg om de behoeften te begrijpen en efficiënt te communiceren met alle belanghebbenden.
- Planning en Raming: Je hebt expertise in het opstellen van ramingen en planningen zodat je zorgt voor vlotte projectvoortgang.
- Creatief Ontwerp: Je werkt inrichtingsplannen en moodboards uit die de gewenste sfeer en functionaliteit weerspiegelen.
- Uitvoeringsplannen: Je stuurt uitvoerders aan met gedetailleerde plannen voor een naadloze uitvoering van projecten.
- Inkoopbeheer: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop van de inrichting, waarbij je de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding nastreeft.
- Budgetbewaking: Je houdt toezicht op het projectbudget en zorgt voor een efficiënte financiële opvolging.
- Operationele Ondersteuning: Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse operationele werking binnen Gebouwen & Facilities en draagt bij aan het huisvestingsbeleid.
- Nieuw Gebouw Project: Je neemt deel aan het vormgeven van de werkomgeving, waar innovatie centraal staat.

Aanbod
- Ervaring in spacemanagement en affiniteit met interieurvormgeving.
- Vaardigheid in het uitwerken van plannen in 2D (AutoCad), 3D en MS Office.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen met een praktische en pragmatische aanpak.
- Enthousiast, communicatief, sociaal, en sterk in het opbouwen van relaties.
- Flexibel en leergierig in snel veranderende omstandigheden.
- Uitstekend organisatietalent met het vermogen om meerdere opdrachten tegelijkertijd te beheren.
- Analytisch denkvermogen en bekendheid met data-analyse en assetbeheer.

**Profiel**:
