Yonderland heeft een centraal IT-team dat de drie business units in verschillende landen en tal van websites ondersteunt. Er wordt gewerkt aan een e-commerce platform, interne shop applicatie, WMS integraties, digitale transformatie,...

Om onze e-commerce groei te realiseren, zijn we op zoek naar een digital business analyst om mee te werken aan het e-commerce platform van de toekomst en het continue verbeteren van de user experience.
- Je helpt meebouwen aan de roadmap om onze e-commerce activiteiten continue te verbeteren.
- Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor web analytics requirements van nieuwe features.
- Je bent de brug tussen de business en de IT afdeling.
- Je begrijpt (business) processen als geen ander en kan deze ook vertalen naar functionele requirements.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren van nieuwe features, schrijven van user stories en je begeleidt mee QA en de uitrol van features.
- Je werkt in een cross-functional team aan de e-commerce backlog en wordt ingezet in de verschillende fases van de user journey. Van product oriëntatie tot en met de verkoop van een product.
- Je werkt vanuit de hoofdzetel in Hoboken, maar vindt het niet erg om je collega’s in de andere business units op te zoeken.

**Je uitrusting**
- Je hebt een Master diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je kan vlot meepraten over API’s & JSON, begrijpt wat microservices zijn en je kan overweg met product data feeds.
- Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van web analytics implementaties en het opstellen van analytics requirements.
- Je hebt kennis van datalayers, tag managementsystemen en web analytics pakketten.
- Je bent sterk analytisch, verkrijgt snel inzicht in alle business vraagstukken en bent in staat om dit te vertalen naar gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen.
- Je bent bekend met search & merchandising tools, recommendations/personalization tools en je weet hoe een CMS werkt.
- Je hebt kennis van de Adobe Experience cloud, kennis van technische SEO is een plus.
- Je hebt een hands on, no-nonsense mentaliteit en je neemt initiatief/stelt vragen indien nodig om tot een snelle oplossing te komen.
- Je bent communicatief sterk (mondeling + schriftelijk) en goed 2-talig NL/EN.
