Senior Logistics Specialist (Freelance/Consultancy)

To support our Belgian Supply Chain team, we are looking for a Sr. Logistics Specialist to join our team on a freelance/project basis for at least 3 months.
**Your **main responsibilities**
- You act as daily escalation point between the operational logistics team and our LSP (Logistic Service Provider)
- You are responsible for LSP performance analysis and you prepare performance review meetings
- You discuss & solve structural operational logistic issues using root cause analysis mindset
- Your key stakeholders are our LSP and the Belgian Supply Chain teams: Logistics, Demand Planning, Customer Service, System Specialist
- In this role you will report and work closely with our Logistics Manager
**Qualifications**:
**Your **profile**
- You are available as soon as possible for at least 3 months (extension possible)
- You are working as a freelance/consultant and can make yourself available or full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days per week).
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant position within Supply Chain
- You have a thorough knowledge of Excel and Supply Chain processes. SAP knowledge is a plus.
- You have strong analytical skills
- You have strong communication skills and have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
- You quickly adapt to a new environment and integrate quickly within the team.
