Als Client **Project Manager **bij Telenet Business krijg je de kans om installatie-projecten bij onze grootste klanten uit te rollen. Je plant, volgt op en beheert klantenprojecten vanaf de eerste design fases tot de finale oplevering en handover naar operations. Je zit in de driversseat om de verschillende operationele teams, interne en externe leveranciers aan te sturen. Met jouw customer first mindset zal je de klantloyaliteit (Net Promotor Score) rechtstreeks kunnen beïnvloeden. We bieden een job aan met grote impact en visibiliteit binnen de organisatie. **Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Project Manager**
- Als Project Manager bent je accountable voor de **goede uitvoering van de BUILD-fase **van het commercieel contract en de overdracht naar de RUN-fase (Customer Services / Service Management).
- Je **beheert een portfolio van projecten **op een methodologische manier waardoor alle projecten op vlak van scope, tijd, budget, klantentevredenheid en contractuele voorwaarden worden beheerd.
- Je **rapporteert de projectstatus aan klanten **en mogelijks ook interne stakeholders volgens je vooraf gedefinieerde project governance en past je communicatiestijl of inhoud aan in relatie met het type stakeholder.
- Je beheert voor strategische projecten een **customer P&L **en kan hierop sturen op basis van je financiële kennis.
- Als Project Manager **stuur je ook projectmedewerkers **of andere indirect gerelateerde teams tot je project aan. Stakeholder management en project scoping in relatie met de interne organisatie zijn hierbij van groot belang.
- Je maakt **projectplannen **in pre-sales/RFP fase alsook in de BUILD-fase (als het contract in uitvoering gaat).
- Je speelt een cruciale rol als **key stakeholder **in het accountteam dat naast de projectmanager bestaat uit de accountmanager en de Service Manager. Daarmee maak je het verschil in de relatie met strategische klanten en zit in de driving seat m.b.t. de implementatie van getekende contracten.

- Je hebt een ingenieursdiploma op zak of gelijkwaardig door ervaring aangevuld met meer dan **7 jaar projectmanagementervaring**:
- Je hebt **Telecom **en ICT-kennis
- Je hebt analytisch denkvermogen
- Je kan plan trekken in drie talen ( **NL/FR/EN **)
- **PRINCE2 en ITIL **gecertificeerd is een meerwaarde
- Je hebt goede **onderhandelingsvaardigheden **en je kan vertrouwen opbouwen in een open en transparante werkomgeving.
