**Function description**

He/she will be responsible for providing first line support for EWM related issues. In addition, he/she will be the scrap coordinator and therefore the main point of contact for all scrap related questions. This role will provide a steep learning curve with exposure to different sides of the business.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- providing first line EWM support to operations
- monitoring and resolution of aged material
- providing support to C&C rearrangement, scrap and repack related activities
- follow-up and release of monthly scrap for execution by the facility
- grief resolution related to scrap release, this includes but is not limited to inventory discrepancies between EWM (warehouse management system) and GTS (customs platform) that prevent release.
- container planning with third party, including arrangements for witness of scrap destruction and coordination of scrap collections between operations and the guard house
- scrap administration, this includes invoice validation, creation of both free and bonded scrap container paperwork, communications.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills, spoken and written in Dutch. English is a plus.
- He/she should show high adaptability to changing environments and workload
- He/she is a team player that can work with cross-functional teams
- He/she is action-oriented, punctual, customer-oriented and can work independently
- Knowledge of EWM and grief resolution
- Basic Excel skills
