Met de entiteit **Business Solutions** zorgen we ervoor dat innovatie, optimalisatie en digitalisering geen loze woorden zijn bij AG, maar dagelijkse praktijk. Business Solutions is de brug tussen het marketing
- en IT-departement. Een team van gedreven specialisten ontwerpt oplossingen om de strategie van onze businesslines te ondersteunen. Om dat team te versterken, zoeken we nu een **Business Analyst**.
- **Je** **analyseert de behoeften** van onze collega’s (van Marketing, Sales, Legal ) **en** **definieert de best mogelijke digitale oplossingen** om hen vooruit te helpen.
- Die oplossingen zet je mee in de praktijk om. **Je beheert projecten van A tot Z.** Van de voorbereiding en planning, over duidelijke communicatie en nauwgezette opvolging, tot het uiteindelijke testen en opleveren van de voorgestelde oplossingen.
- Om de belangrijkste stakeholders binnen en buiten onze organisatie mee te krijgen, voer je een **open en constructieve dialoog**. Je leidt vergaderingen of werkgroepen in het Nederlands, het Frans en eventueel zelfs in het Engels.

- **Planmatig, autonoom** en **gestructureerd** werken is jouw tweede natuur.
- Je bent een **sterke netwerker** en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans.

- Reeds ervaring met BOAR-verzekeringen? Dat is mooi meegenomen.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma of relevante ervaring. Deed je die ervaring ook nog eens op in de verzekeringswereld, dan heb je een streepje voor
