**We are looking for**:

- Maintain and promote Star Factory methodology and associated tools
- Animate the global Star Factory Community
- Support program director and Star Factory site & corporate Leaders during the deployment of the program
- Prepare content review meetings with sites / GBU & Program steering committee

**We count on you for**:
Support Program dashboarding, implementation and improvement
- Create and sustain Star Factory global dashboard
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend approaches to capture these (e.g., improve key tools)
- Create dashboards to foster dialog performance with work streams

Support GBU & site SF leader to create transparency on program progress by site
- Help site initiative owners to build business cases and action plans Track initiative validators (L3
- L5) alert when blocked and follow-up with site Workstream Leader / Scale leader as needed
- Generate reports on missing actuals and late milestones by stream and steer resolutions with stream / initiative owners
- Support GBU & site leaders building synthesis of program progress

Instill the right mindsetand behavior within sites to drive program
- Ensure the right meeting cadence is in place to drive objectives
- Coach sites initiative owners and workstream leaders on the right mindset and behaviors (e.g., actively preparing / steering weekly meeting)
- Coach the site SF leaders to challenge teams on site regarding the progress on a weekly basis

Prepare site / program steercos
- Answer multiple questions / requests from program members
- Prepare with program director GBU monthly steerco and Program steerco for ELT levell
- Prepare documents for key events
