- **Digital Cababilities Specialist**: ICT & Digital - IT Management

The Digital team Benelux seeks an enthusiastic team player to support the maintenance, evolution, and optimization of the Medical Cloud in the Benelux region. This role will cover the absence of the current Web Platforms lead, focusing on maintaining the JMC and JWM platforms, communicating web platform performance, and providing internal education and improvements.

This is a 6 month assignment for 80% FTE

Responsibilities will include:

- Assist and sometimes lead key project tasks based on a validated action plan. These tasks may include:

- Coordinating with agencies
- Coordinating with stakeholders in Country Value Teams (CVTs), primarily Brand Managers
- Liaising with the EMEA Digital Operations team
- Tracking and measuring JMC and JWM performance
- Implement the following actions:

- Roll out educational and communication materials to Brand teams (e.g., quarterly Brand Manager updates)
- Undertake website improvement initiatives (e.g., coordinated cleanup of outdated content)
- Leverage EMEA initiatives (e.g., JMC focus of the content re-boost program)
- Selectively roll out strategic developments (e.g., Rebranding)
- Follow up with the EMEA digital operations team and local digital team on required platform maintenance tasks. Execute or coordinate with agencies on the execution of these tasks
