**About the Job**

As our Key Account Manager Pharma, you are responsible to **drive sustainable growth of Nutricia Specialized Nutrition **(Nutrilon, Fortimel,) in the Pharmacy channel, representing more than 50% of our net sales in Belgium. You report to the Head of Key Account Managers.

You will be working in the **Health Care environment of the pharmacy channel**, contributing to the existing business within each account and region and **optimize business opportunities using the appropriate financial drivers.**

We trust you with the following responsibilities:

- Define with the Head of KAM **clear segmentation and priorities** for key accounts
- Set business objectives for key accounts and **translate the commercial strategy into concrete plans**:

- Negotiate, implement, monitor and evaluate **annual agreements, plans and programs** to ensure **sustainable Net Sales Growth**:

- Build **strong and long-lasting relationships & partnerships** with different decision makers within key accounts on national level for pharma
- Engage with key stakeholders of the channel to **fully understand their drivers and challenges**:

- Interact efficiently and **cross-functionally within Nutricia** to drive SN business further

About you
- You have a bachelor or master’s degree
- You have a background as a (junior) KAM, trade marketeer or a similar position combining your commercial and financial skills; preferably you have gained this experience in the healthcare, pharma or retail industry
- You are **fluent in Dutch & French** with a very good working level of English and excellent ability to communicate efficiently with different types of people
- You are a strong analytical thinker, combined with a pragmatic decision-making approach while never losing the overall view
- You have high curiosity for or knowledge of **the channel specificities,**:

- **You flourish in a team** and have the power to **build strong relationships** both internally and externally
