You have in-depth mastery of one technical process and maintains that process using progressive maintenance standards, troubleshooting on multiple processes and issues when necessary. You also lead at least one standard work process for your team.

**How you will contribute**

Without you, we could not deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development. In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

**What you will bring**

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

- Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and the advanced skills to maintain equipment at basic conditions, including AM and progressive maintenance (e.g., breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
- Phase 2 tools including AM Step 4, working principle, general inspection, focused improvement 12 steps, and quality management Steps 3-6
- Leading a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach

**Formation**:

- Formation Bachelier en automation / automatisation ou robotique industrielle ou électromécanique.

**Description (Responsabilités générales)**:
2 postes sont disponibles, l'un en horaires de pause et l'autre de nuit (6h-14h et 14h-22h une semaine sur deux, ou bien de nuit 22h-06h).

Être disponible pour faire l’horaire de nuit est un plus.

Le Technicien travaillera en équipe avec son collègue de pause et en collaboration avec les autres service de maintenance ou de production.

En tant qu'expert, il sera le premier point de contact des différents services et départements pour tous soucis électriques, automatiques, robotiques dans l'usine durant la durée de sa pause.

**Principales missions**:

- Intervenir sur des systèmes de commande, de puissance, de régulation, de programmations industrielles au niveau de la mise en service, du diagnostic et de la réparation.
- Vérifier périodiquement le bon fonctionnement de tout appareil électronique de mesure suivant des instructions bien précises.
- Gérer des projets d’amélioration de process ou de ligne de production, effectuer l’intervention en adéquation avec les contraintes de production.
- Réaliser l’installation, la modification, la mise au point et l’amélioration d’équipements industriels.
- Assurer la mise en service et la maintenance des équipements.
- Diagnostiquer, réparer une anomalie d’origine électrique, électronique, hydraulique et pneumatique empêchant le fonctionnement correct de l’installation.
- Comprendre et être capable de dépanner des systèmes à base d’automates programmables (logique de programmation, automates, régulateur, capteurs, bus ).
- Etre capable d’intervenir sur les systèmes électriques de basse et moyenne tension (11000v).
