**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en het succesvol leiden en begeleiden van IT-, kwaliteits
- en business development projecten t.b.v. van onze nieuwe (klant) oplossingen.
Voorbeelden hiervan zijn projecten voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe product en/of dienst combinaties, inclusief doorontwikkelen van onderliggende processen, grote klantprojecten waarbij de focus ligt op het tijdig onboarden en inschakelen van klantprocessen, en IT verbeterprojecten die leiden tot betere dienstverlening.
Je rapporteert aan de Program and Change Manager.
Je takenpakket:
- Je gaat op tactisch niveau leidinggeven aan meerdere projecten en deze kwalitatief afronden en opleveren binnen gestelde deadlines. Hierbij ga je projectmedewerkers motiveren, inspireren en begeleiden.
- Je leidt projectvergaderingen en projectteams.
- Je bepaalt de nodige resources en maakt deze vrij. Je bepaalt ook de tijd en inzet die nodig is.
- Je zorgt voor het projectplan, planning, en de project fasering.
- Je bent in staat om inhoudelijk complexe vraagstukken te doorgronden. Daarnaast analyseer je de risico’s, grijp je tijdig in en geef je inhoudelijke adviezen. Je informeert hierbij leveranciers en stakeholders.
- Je stuurt op kosten en escaleert tijdig bij dreigende over stijgingen.
- Je rapporteert conform afgesproken methodiek en tijdslijnen en je ziet toe op het toepassen van regels, richtlijnen en wetgeving.
- Je verzorgt de administratieve kant van de projecten, en zorgt voor de nodige documentatie.
**Jouw kwaliteiten**:
- Je hebt een afgeronde Bachelor of Master opleiding en minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
- Je hebt kennis van IPMA C en Prince 2+.
- Je bent in staat om medewerkers te stimuleren, hen te motiveren, overtuigen en te begeleiden.
- Je bent communicatief sterk.
- Je bent resultaatgericht, kan delegeren en goed in planning en organisatie.
- Je bent sterk in probleemanalyse.
