**Responsibillities**

**What You Will Be Doing**:
As the Group Treasury Controlling Manager, you will report directly to the Group Finance Director and take on a leadership role in managing the organization’s financial health. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Cash Flow Analysis and Forecasting**:

- Prepare and maintain mid-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
- Review actual cash flows periodically and oversee the forecasting and budgeting of treasury items such as intercompany loans, interest, CAPEX, and leases.
- Analyse cash flow performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support and empower the Group Cash Manager to ensure accurate and timely cash flow reporting.
- **Corporate Finance**:

- Co-lead group finance activities, including asset-backed finance, bilateral lending, guarantee lines, and local facilities.
- Manage compliance for Senior Facility Agreements (SFA), including reporting, leverage calculations, and excess cash tests.
- Act as the primary contact for banks and financial service providers.
- Support strategic financial projects, including investment funding initiatives.
- **Working Capital Ma
