Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een **Technical Documentalist Specialist** voor onze klant in de regio **Kortrijk**. Dit innovatieve bedrijf is wereldwijd bekend in de sector van **gespecialiseerde machinebouw en geautomatiseerde oplossingen** (zoals AGV's, Industry 4.0, robotica...).
Met meer dan 10 locaties wereldwijd, waaronder één in de regio Kortrijk, is deze internationale onderneming een belangrijke speler. De bedrijfscultuur in deze vestiging wordt gekenmerkt door de mentaliteit van een West-Vlaamse KMO, waar momenteel ongeveer **100 medewerkers **actief zijn.
Met gebundelde krachten zorgen zij voor een omzet van maar liefst ruim 30 miljoen euro.
Om hun marktpositie te behouden én verder uit te breiden, gaat het bedrijf op zoek naar een Technical Documentalist.
- Je zorgt voor de **opmaak van alle procedures** die noodzakelijk zijn voor het opstellen van project-specifieke documentatie
- Processen ontwikkelen die de optimalisatie van technische dossiercreatie mogelijk maken
- **Uitschrijven en opstellen van een manual over de machines**:
- Je bezorgt de documentatie tijdig aan de klanten (dit kan zowel een map als een stick zijn)
- Het standaardiseren van dossiers behoort eveneens tot je verantwoordelijkheden
**Functievereisten**:
- Je beschikt over een** Bachelorsdiploma in een technische richting** (Elektromechanica, Automatisering, Elektrotechnieken)
- Zowel junior als senior profielen worden warm aangemoedigd om te solliciteren
- Ervaring in het opstellen van **technische dossiers**
