In this role you will be supporting the operational teams of DC Beerse of different areas with a main focus on the CAR-T area. You will be responsible for leading quality investigations and support the implementations of corrective actions as well as continuous improvements to secure the quality of the products. You are expected to build process expertise of operational areas and will represent operations in project teams.- Represent operations in projects which impact our operational area to identify impact and support the implementation. F.ex. CAR-T which is an innovative cancer treatment.
- Investigate incidents/discrepancies in collaboration with Quality Assurance for quality and compliance incidents and coordinate the appropriate actions to prevent them from reoccurring.
- Support daily operational activities by ensuring both system setup and procedures are up to date.
- Act as a driving force in achieving the lean goals and objectives of the department.
- Identify and implement improvements in areas of safety, quality, compliance, stock, costs, competencies, yields and customer service.
- Solve problems and come up with ideas to improve our processes and make them more lean.

**Qualifications**:

- have a thorough understanding of working in a Good Manufacturing Practice environment and using Good Documentation Practices
- fluently express yourself (written and orally) in Dutch and English - good writing skills is a must
- can lead multi-disciplinary teams and guide them through problem solving workshops
- demonstrate good people skills and can build strong partnerships with Quality, Engineering and Technical departments
- think logically when performing root cause problem solving and have insight into various problem-solving techniques (RATIO, 5 WHY, FISHBONE)
- have an interest for technical aspects of a production environment and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement (lean)
- have a technical insight in systems and equipment - Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, TruVault, Vineti, Trackwise, and automated warehouse systems is considered a plus
- Knowledge or experience in a warehouse environment
- Are multifunctional employable
- Have a quality mindset
