**Functie**:
Als Support planner ben je werkzaam op de dienst Operations die verantwoordelijk is voor de plaatsing van onze nieuwe producten en dit van bestelling tot facturatie. Om de communicatie met onze klanten en onze installaties nog kwalitatiever en efficiënter te maken sta je in nauwe samenwerking met onze planner, als Support planner in voor:

- De lange termijn planning van onze techniekers en onderaannemers
- Een vlotte en correcte communicatie met onze klanten
- Het tijdig informeren van onze klanten omtrent de orderbevestiging, de leveringstermijn en de montagedatum
- Terugkoppeling met sales
- Beheer mailbox

Op drukke momenten of bij verlof ben je ook bereid om backup te zijn van de planners om zo het team waar nodig extra te ondersteunen. In deze rol heb je dus een coördinerende sleutelfunctie tussen klant en planning. Je bouwt goede contacten op met de betrokken partijen en bent in staat om opbouwende discussies te voeren m.b.t. levertijden, montagetijden,Kortom, jij denkt mee met alle partijen, stelt oplossingen voor en tracht het volledige proces zo goed mogelijk onder controle te houden.

- Je bent sterk in organiseren en plannen
- Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en bent stressbestendig
- Sterk in communicatie
- Je bent administratief sterk en nauwkeurig
- Je bent een geboren team player
- Klantvriendelijk en collegiaal, maar wel met de nodige assertiviteit
- Goede kennis Nederlands en Frans vereist
- Je kan goed overweg met de computer en de courante Office programma’s
