**Internal Communications Officer**:
Ben jij een gemotiveerde communicatiespecialist die houdt van schrijven, het verrijken van content en het adviseren binnen interne projecten en bredere campagnes, bijvoorbeeld op het vlak van preventie? Versterk dan ons communicatieteam als Internal Communications Officer.

Als communicatiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van ons interne platform W+B Connect Belgium en het verspreiden van het nieuws van de dag onder onze medewerkers. Jij bent voor W+B Belgium het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne collega's en helpt hen bij het opzetten van nieuwsberichten en (internationale) statische pagina’s. Ook schrijf en redigeer je zelf content en ben je schrijfcoach voor collega’s. Daarnaast ben je als communicatiemedewerker verantwoordelijk voor al het beursmateriaal en zorg je ervoor dat dit up-to-date is.

Samen met jouw Belgische collega Marketing & External Communications Officer speel je in op communicatievraagstukken. Je geeft advies en draagt mede zorg voor de uitvoering van jouw communicatieplannen. Daarbij spelen online vormen van interactie en bijeenkomst een belangrijke rol om collega’s te informeren, betrekken, verbinden, enthousiasmeren.

Ook ben je een echt mensen-mens die graag met anderen communiceert en klaarstaat om alle communicatietaken op te pakken. Dat doe je als onderdeel van het corporate communicatieteam, dat opereert vanuit Nederland. Op de corporate afdeling Communicatie werken we met 15 professionals op het gebied van interne communicatie, externe communicatie en marketing. Ook hebben we een specialist visuele communicatie en inhouse vertaler. Als Internal Communications Officer kom je te werken in het team Interne Communicatie.

We werken hybride, vanuit een van onze Belgische kantoren als vanuit huis. Ook bezoek je periodiek verschillende andere kantoren van Witteveen+Bos in België en Nederland.
- adviseren over de communicatie binnen interne projecten en bredere campagnes; *beheren en up-to-date houden van ons interne platform W+B Connect;
- schrijven van (nieuws)berichten om collega’s te informeren, betrekken, verbinden, enthousiasmeren;
- opstellen en uitvoeren van communicatieplannen voor verschillende projecten; *beheren en up-to-date houden van al ons beursmateriaal;
- samen met jouw collega Marketing & External Communications Officer zorg je voor een consistente uitstraling van Witteveen+Bos inclusief op social media;
- samen met jouw collega Marketing & External Communications Officer stel je communicatieve marketingcampagnes op;
- opstellen interne campagnes (zoals awareness rond veiligheid);
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe communicatie-initiatieven.

**Wat wij vragen**:

- bachelor en/of master werk
- en denkniveau met een achtergrond in communicatie;
- ervaring met het beheren van een intern platform en het opstellen van communicatieplannen;
- uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;
- je beschikt over uitstekende (eind)redactievaardigheden in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal;
- je schrijft graag zelf je teksten of redigeert die van anderen;
- je hebt ervaring met contentmanagementsystemen en/of coördinatie van informatiestromen binnen een intranet;
- je bent een collegiale, omgevingsbewuste gesprekspartner;
- je bent creatief, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht; je hebt oog voor kwaliteit;
- creatief en innovatief in het bedenken van communicatieoplossingen;
- ervaring met Adobe creative programma’s;
- flexibele mentaliteit.
