We are looking for a **Sample Coordinator** who is **sociable**, **well-organized** and **autonomous **to join us in our **In-Process Sampling & Analytics (IPSA)** team, based in our **Analytical Development Sciences for Biologicals** department in **Braine-l’Alleud**, **Belgium**

**Who you’ll work with**:

- Raphaël Warnier, your Manager.
- Your direct colleagues being Technicians and Scientists.
- Internal partners at transversal level: QC, Microbiology,

**What you’ll do**:

- Creating and updating routine sampling plans in LIMS and ensuring that samples, analysis and appropriated specifications are correctly encoded according to the GMP documentation (manufacturing description, batch record, etc ) and the production planning.
- Coordinating the non-routine sampling requests and creating related non-routine sampling plans according to the production planning.
- Managing the additional sampling requests.
- Organizing and coordinating all the samples logistics all along the production process in the Biological Pilot Plant: labelling, collection, transfer, storage, shipments to internal or external departments.
- Managing the storage location for the samples (Inventory, Storage, Environmental Monitoring System, etc.)
- Troubleshooting issues related to the sample management.
- Coordinating, labelling, making labelling Double Check for the production documentation (batch record, non-routine sampling plan, additional request, testing sheet) according to the production planning.
- Support the improvement for the SOP’s and Process related documents (sampling plans, batch records, checklists, etc.)

**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience** **and **skills***
- Bachelor’s degree in a related scientific field.
- A proven experience in a similar role, working to GMP standards and documents.
- Expertise in writing analytical documentation.
- Very good command in French, good command in English (ability to read scientific documents and to communicate effectively with external partners).
