Welkom bij LolaLiza, het 100% Belgische modebedrijf dat vrouwen begrijpt en hen in staat stelt om alle facetten van hun vrouwelijkheid te uiten. Opgericht in 2001, heeft LolaLiza een snelle groei en internationale uitbreiding doorgemaakt die de komende jaren zal voortduren.
LolaLiza is momenteel op zoek naar een General Accountant. Als **General Accountant** maak je deel uit van een team van 7 personen.
:
- Voorbereiding en controle van de maandelijkse afsluiting (algemene en analytische boekhouding)
- Dagelijkse boekhoudkundige taken (invoeren van facturen, opvolgen van goedkeuringen, aanmaningen, opvolgen van financiële journaals, scannen)
- Het zijn van het aanspreekpunt voor de verschillende afdelingen waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent (wat betekent hen uitdagen, vragen om voorzieningen te treffen, zorgen voor de juiste opvolging van goedkeuringen, enz.)
- Kwartaalreconciliatie van betalingsmiddelen voor e-commerce activiteiten en omzet
- Creatie en kwaliteitscontrole van leveranciersrekeningen
- Opvolging van leveranciersrekeningen en algemene rekeningen
- Opvolging van factuurgoedkeuringen
- Controle van huurfacturen, kostenafrekeningen en vastgoedboekhouding
- Voorbereiding van jaarrekeningen en btw-aangiften
- Opmaken van fiscale fiches
- Supervisie van analytische toewijzingen
- Uitvoeren van statistische onderzoeken
- Deelname aan ad-hoc projecten (zoals optimalisatie van procedures en boekhoudprogramma)
- Waarborging van een getrouwe en oprechte weergave van de rekeningen
- Aanspreekpunt zijn voor het departement controlling en externe auditors
:
- Je hebt mínimaal een bachelordiploma in boekhouding
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als boekhouder
- Je hebt interesse in fiscaliteit
- Je hebt een analytische geest en stelt graag vragen
- Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt een operationele kennis van het Frans
- Je beheerst informaticatools (Excel kent geen geheimen voor jou)
- Je bent dynamisch en past je snel aan
- Je bent nauwkeurig, klantgericht en kan goed in teamverband werken
- Je bent snel beschikbaar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract
Pay: From €20,00 per hour
