We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Internal Auditor to join our international company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with established policies and regulations.
**Job description** You will thrive in this role if **
- Conduct financial and operational audits of various departments and business processes.
- Develop annual audit plans, outlining the scope, objectives, and audit methodologies.
- Review and assess internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and assess key risks, including financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management.
- Verify the accuracy of financial statements and records.
- Perform data analysis and testing to detect fraud, errors, and irregularities.
- Stay up to date with changes in regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement recommended changes.
- Maintain confidentiality and objectivity in audit procedures.
- Provide support during external audits or regulatory examinations.**Profile**
Skills You'll Bring**
- You’ve a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- You’ve 3-4 years of Big4 audit experience or experience in Internal Audit departments, corporate companies.
- You’ve a passion for numbers and a good knowledge of audit procedures, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- You’ve an exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- You’ve an effective communication and a knack for problem-solving.
- You’re a team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute to a dynamic environment.
- You’ve a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- You’ve a deep interest in understanding the intricacies of financial audits.
- You’re familiar with auditing software and financial analysis tools.
- You’re a real communicator and a food lover.
