**TEASER**
En tant que Quality Assurance Manager, vous serez responsable de la définition, du développement, de la mise en œuvre et du maintien des stratégies et des politiques d'assurance qualité au sein de notre organisation. Ce faisant, vous garantissez la cohérence et l'excellence lors du développement, de l'essai et du déploiement de nos produits, services ou processus nouveaux ou adaptés. Vous jouez un rôle crucial dans le développement et le maintien d'une organisation de test transversale (centrale ou décentralisée), en veillant à ce que les normes et les approches en matière de qualité soient respectées.

À ce titre, vous gérez une équipe de spécialistes et d'experts en Quality Assurance, ainsi qu'une équipe (District 29) au sein de laquelle - à l'aide d'un portefeuille de clients réels - on saisit les besoins et les attentes d'un client avant qu'ils ne soient mis en œuvre et déployés à grande échelle au sein de l'organisation.

**Fonction**
- Vous serez responsable d'une équipe de spécialistes de Quality Assurance et d'experts sur et pour le District 29
- Vous fournirez une organisation de test transversale afin de maximiser les besoins de soutien de nos projets stratégiques et d'assurer le succès grâce à des tests de qualité et à la mise en œuvre.
- Vous serez chargé(e) de fournir un "service de test" pour tous les projets et agirez en tant que point focal au sein de l'organisation pour la stratégie et la politique de test.
- Pour cela, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Quality Assurance Expert pour la partie organisationnelle et exécutive et avec les Quality Assurance Specialists et le D29 pour la partie opérationnelle.
- Vous travaillez sur la base d'un document de vision, avec le soutien de management supérieur des unités opérationnelles concernées.
- Vous êtes responsable de la livraison et des avantages de la feuille de route concrète pour réaliser cette approche transversale et vous assurez le reporting nécessaire à cet égard.
- Vous rapportez au Product Change and Develop Manager.

**Profil**
- Vous avez un Bachelor ou un Master ou une expérience en tant que Quality Assurance Manager ou dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous avez un intérêt et une affinité pour les tests commerciaux. Une certification dans le domaine du contrôle de la qualité est un atout majeur.
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de leadership pour mettre en œuvre les améliorations nécessaires d'une manière inspirante. Vous osez prendre des décisions.
- Vous avez les compétences stratégiques nécessaires pour mettre en place une gouvernance autour du quality assurance.
- Vous êtes capable de traduire les besoins des clients en produits et services performants alignés sur nos objectifs stratégiques et de garantir la fourniture de solutions à long terme pour accroître la satisfaction des clients.
- Vous avez le sens du détail et une approche axée sur les résultats.
- Vous avez d'excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais.
