**Brand Manager Cristal & Maes**

**JE FUNCTIE**

Als Brand Manager zal je deel uitmaken van het Marketing team binnen Alken-Maes. Meer specifiek ondersteun je daarbij het brand team op om de missie van de merken (Cristal, Maes) verder nationaal uit te bouwen.

Je bent een drijvende kracht in het team door een goede kennis van ieder merk, de bieren en de markt/concurrentiële context. Samen met het bredere brand team bouw je aan het plan in lijn met de merkstrategie en neem je ownership voor de optimale implementatie daarvan.

**JOUW TAKEN**

Als Brand Manager Cristal & Maesdraag je via een brede range van mogelijke marketing taken bij aan de korte en lange termijn profitabele groei van onze pilsbieren:

- Je bent een actieve kracht achter de jaarlijkse merkplannen:

- In tandem met de Brand Manager - Communication & Innovation lead ontwikkel en realiseer je de jaarlijkse merkstrategie, in lijn met de behoeften van de consumenten en shopper en met het oog op het optimaal behalen van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Je bouwt en implementeert het nationale BTL marketing plan in nauwe samenwerking met de shopper marketeer in beide kanalen (off-trade & OOH): shopper visual identity plan, national 360° trade support plan, samplings, tastings, festivals, events,
- Samen met de Innovatie Manager vertaal je data & inzichten mbt de pack/price architecture in off-trade en OOH om in concrete initiatieven.
- Samen met de OOH channel marketeer neem je actief de lead in het genereren van inzichten & initiatieven voor OOH kanaal.
- Je zet duidelijke KPI’s voor jouw projecten om te monitoren, bij te sturen en steeds te leren hoe we kunnen optimaliseren.
- Je beheerst het toegewezen budget adequaat, monitort alle uitgaven doorheen het jaar en optimaliseert steeds waar nodig en mogelijk.
- Je bent dé drijvende kracht om onze plannen end-to-end tot leven te brengen:

- Je verzekert de buy-in van de nodige interne & externe stakeholders via een sterke en geëngageerde relatie.
- Intern zorg je voor een gedeelde interne agenda met brand marketing, channel marketing, sales, finance, etc om onze plannen en doelstellingen te bereiken.
- Je volgt actief de algemene gezondheid en groei van je merken op. Daarvoor duik je met gemak in de beschikbare markt-, consumenten
- en financiële data waaruit je obv duidelijke analyses komt tot heldere inzichten en actiepunten voor het team.
- Je bent een vakkundig en steeds geïnformeerd aanspreekpunt binnen en buiten de organisatie voor de jouw toegewezen taken en zorgt dat de nodige informatie vlot de juiste stakeholders bereikt gedurende het hele project.
- Je neemt deel aan of leidt multidisciplinaire teams waarbij je de stem van onze pilsbieren vertegenwoordigt.
- Je denkt als echte ondernemer actief mee over de toekomstige groei van je merken:

- Je bent actief op de hoogte van alle trends en nieuwigheden binnen jouw segment en de bredere biercategorie. Je komt op basis van inzichten en noden in de markt met duidelijke opportuniteiten en kansen om steeds relevant te blijven.
- Samen met de Consumer & Communication Intelligence Manager zet je kwalitatief en kwantitatief marktonderzoek op waar nodig.
- Je bent de ambassador van Cristal & Maes binnen het bedrijf, waarbij je het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor Maes.

**VOORNAAMSTE CONTACTEN**
- Je werkt nauw samen met het team van On en Off Trade op alle activaties van je merk om een sterke merk-identiteit te garanderen zowel binnen het horeca
- als het retailkanaal.
- Je onderhoudt relaties met verschillende externe agentschappen, afhankelijk van de projecten (creatieve agentschappen, mediabureaus, activatiebureaus, PR-bureaus,).
- Je werkt nauw samen met de global brand teams waarbij je de lokale consumenten
- en shopper noden duidelijk doorvertaalt als input voor consistente brand communicatie.

**JE PROFIEL**
- Je bent een gepassioneerde marketeer die min 3 jaar terug kan kijken op een relevante ervaring binnen brand management, met kennis van lokale merken als pluspunt
- Je combineert een passie voor merken met een goede interesse in alcoholic beverages
- Je bent een echte entrepreneur en houdt ervan om ownership te krijgen en initiatieven te nemen
- Je kijkt op een creatieve manier naar dingen en vertoont een groot probleemoplossend vermogen
- Je bent van nature leergierig naar nieuwe trends en alles rond digital marketing en sociale media
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt een goede kennis van markt data en marketing KPI’s zoals merkbekendheid en “equity”
- Je kan goed prioritiseren, plannen en vertoont een kritische en pragmatische mindset
- Je bent een echte teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je mensen binnen en buiten de organisatie volop kan mobiliseren
- Ervaring in FMCG is een must
- Je hebt een master diploma, idealiter met een economische achtergrond
- Je hebt een professionele beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, met goede kennis van Frans als pluspunt binnen het team
