Om ons team te versterken zijn we opzoek naar een Senior Project manager.
Competenties & ervaringen:
- Je kan ervaring aantonen van project management in holistische interieur architectuur opdrachten, werkplek design (6 jaar minimum). Hospitality en/of retail design is een plus.
- Je hebt alreeds succesvolle interieurprojecten voltooid op grote schaal (minimum 10.000 m²).
- Je werkt autonoom, proactief, gestructureerd en gedetailleerd.
- Je coördineert met plezier projecten vanaf de eerste klant ontmoeting tot hun voltooiing, binnen de gedefinieerde tijdlijn en het budget.
- Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team van 3+ medewerkers.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (schriftelijk en mondeling): actief luisteren en in staat zijn een argumentatie op gestructureerde wijze te presenteren.
- Je spreek vlot Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus;
- Office Suite kent geen geheimen voor jou.

We are looking for a creative mind able to adapt to different scales of projects, contexts and design identities.
You:
- have a proven track record in project management experience in holistic interior architecture assignments, in workplace, hospitality and/or retail design (6 years minimum)
- have already successfully completed large scale interior design projects (minimum 10,000 sqm)
- are autonomous, proactive, structured and rigorous
- enjoy coordinating projects from the first customer encounter until their completion, within the defined timeline and budget
- have experience in managing a team of coworkers (3+)
- have strong communication skills (written and verbal): actively listening and capacity to present an argumentation in a structured way
- are fluent Dutch and English, French as an extra
- have a very good command of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)
