**Mission**

As a Production Supervisor, you ensure daily monitoring and the smooth running of production while ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with deadlines.

You are responsible for managing the envelope inserting and printing production teams.

Thanks to your technical & managerial expertise, you will be required to collaborate with the Operations Manager and the foremen to ensure training and quality monitoring as defined in the procedure.

In short, you are the engine of improvement for the production team

**Your responsibilities**

As **Production Supervisor,** your responsibilities will be:

- Ensure the quality of services in accordance with the expectations of our internal and external customers.
- Train, coach and motivate Lettershop and Printshop staff to guarantee the achievement of versatility, productivity, and quality objectives (supervision, training, development, planning, etc.).
- Establish team spirit and communication between different teams.
- Establish analyzes and dashboards to measure performance (productivity, machine park performance, personal development, versatility, absenteeism, etc.).
- Ensure and fix the good maintenance of the workshop using the principles of 5S (order, cleanliness, work clothing, etc.).
- Ensure regular presence with all employees (support for the different production teams: 3 shifts)

**Profile**

As a **Production Supervisor,** you have:

- An Industrial Engineering Diploma.
- A first relevant experience in a similar function.
- Strong people management skills: Team Management, Coaching, team motivation.
- Excellent communication skills
- Information skills: MS office suite, Excel
- Methodological orientation (Lean Management, 5S, etc.)
- Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English
- The ability to make decisions.
