**About the job**:
Telavox is expanding internationally as we aggressively take our unique product offering into more and more markets. With our constant thirst for growth, we're now looking for a Regional VP Benelux to drive our commercial success in the region. We're looking for an industry 'big hitter' who can take an already world-class sales and commercial team to the next level.

In the role as Regional VP BeNeLux, you will be in charge of the commercial performance of our organization in the region, reporting directly to the CCO, and ensuring growth and profitability at all times. Your areas of responsibility will include:
**Strategic and Tactical**:

- Deploying Telavox’s vision and mission, as well as planning and implementing the strategic direction and go-to-market strategy
- Collect and present regional product needs to Product and Engineering and other relevant stakeholders
- Define and deploy a regional marketing plan together with the Marketing team
- Develop M&A agenda and identify potential targets together with M&A Group functions
- Set the plan and deploy Telavox digital Telco strategy

**Regional and Commercial**:

- Full sales and income responsibilities
- Setting budgets and constantly monitoring the results relative to these
- Detailed mapping of top customers/partners, as well as develop partner networks across the region, in order to ensure maximum sales
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships, as well as manage the entire life cycle with customers and partners
- Identify and develop larger partners together with Service Provider/Operator Business Group functions

**People and Knowledge**:

- Drive and inspire the team to bring out the best in each individual team member to achieve targets and develop their skills
- Recruit and lead a high-performing team, including mentoring and training with support from HR
- Utilise knowledge of relevant markets, competitors, and trends to expand customer base and increase market share

In summary, as the VP for the region, you will monitor all department performance, encouraging them to reach new heights

- A natural negotiator with first-class communication skills who can build relationships at all levels
- You command the room and ooze credibility when talking to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Smart and mentally agile with a gift for turning complex problems into simple solutions
- You are native or fluent in English.

You have;
- Succeeded with building up a Business unit or a company within the B2B Telco industry
- Held previous senior-level commercial roles within the Telecoms industry or a SaaS-focused business
- Been a leader for at least 10 years in commercial roles
- Demonstrated great results, ways of working and happy employees.
- Master's degree in science or economics
