Functieomschrijving
- Onder de verantwoordelijkheid van je manager, neem je plaats in een team van area managers en beheer je een klantenportefeuille in je regio ;
- Je zorgt voor de opvolging en de goede uitvoering van de dienstverlening voor onze klanten van A tot Z : controle over de uit te voeren taken bij onze klanten, samenstellen van teams en deze opleiden, opvolging van dienstverlening, beheer van afwezigheden, creëren van goede commerciële relaties, opbouwen van loyaliteit;
- Je voert administratieve werkzaamheden uit door bezoekrapporten te schrijven, facturatie te beheren, producten, machines en verbruiksartikelen te bestellen ;
- Je stuurt onze medewerkers aan in samenwerking met de HR-afdeling en stuurt de coördinatie van de onderaannemers aan ;
- Je beheert eventuele klachten van klanten (afwezigheid, levering, facturatie, diverse ontevredenheid, enz.) ;
- je beheert de budgetten van je werven en indien nodig her evalueer je deze
- Je biedt uw klanten graag nieuwe diensten aan om beter aan hun behoeften te voldoen en zakelijke kansen aan te grijpen ;
- Je weet je persoonlijkheid in een hecht en gezellig team te implementeren

- Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te definiëren en weet hoe je het team kunt inschakelen wanneer dat nodig is ;

- Je bent een vindingrijk, autonoom en flexibel persoon : je weet je ook met vriendelijkheid, vastberadenheid en diplomatie te laten gelden tegenover je teams ;
- je bent zich ervan bewust dat uw werktijden kunnen worden aangepast naar gelang van de geconstateerde behoeften van klanten
- Je schrijft vlot: u kunt goed samenvatten en u heeft een uitstekende kennis van spelling
- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs
Wat zijn echte aanvullende voorwaarden:
- Wonen in de regio van Brussel of Vlaams Brabant ;
- Nederlandstalig + kennis van het gesproken en geschreven Frans en Engels ;
- In bezit van zijn van een rijbewijs B en veel plezier hebben in het rijden ;
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een dienstverlenende functie ;
- Een eerste succesvolle ervaring in het managen van teams.
Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Producten presenteren of demonstreren bij de klant en advies geven
- Het commerciële voorstel uitwerken
Samen met de klant de voorwaarden van de verkoopovereenkomst of de prijsraming overeenkomen
- Commerciële acties uitvoeren tijdens evenementen
- De klantenwerving administratief opvolgen en het team informeren
- De bestelling (beschikbaarheid van producten, leveringstermijn, behandeling van klachten,...) en de klanten (getrouwheidsacties, tevredenheidsenquêtes, aanmaningen,...) opvolgen
- Het plan voor klantenwerving ontwerpen en de klantbezoeken plannen
- Een bijdrage leveren aan de commerciële en marketingstrategie van de onderneming
- De gegevens over de activiteiten van de dienst of de organisatie opvolgen en analyseren
