**Jouw toekomstige context**:
De functie van “Risk Analyst” heeft als doel:
- het inzichtelijk maken en analyseren van de verschillende risico-types
- het beperken van potentiële kredietverliezen door
- (1) grondige analyse van de kredietvoorstellen (voor de business lines D&JC, Weath Management en Transaction Banking Hub) in lijn met het risico beleid & procedures en met oog voor de realisatie van commerciële doestellingen
- (2) permanente risicobewaking op basis van de verschillende risico-rapportages
- coördinatie van de kredietcomités en verdedigen van de risicoanalyse tijdens het kredietcomité om dan tot een gezamenlijk gedragen besluit te komen
- expertrol op het gebied van kredieten, beleggingsinstrumenten als dekking van kredieten, derivaten en risico-rapportages

- Je bent Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt 2 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring in kredietanalyse van bedrijven
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, met een heldere structurering en motivering van adviezen en oog voor details;
- Je beschikt over een gedegen productkennis (inclusief wet
- en regelgeving), voornamelijk producten inzake kredietverlening, derivaten en beleggingsinstrumenten en diamantfinanciering;
- Juridische kennis en boekhoudkundige kennis zijn pluspunten;
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden om beslissingen te bespreken en te duiden aan alle belanghebbenden;
- Je bent goed vertrouwd met MS Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint);
- Je schrijft en spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een pluspunt;
- Je bent service
- en klantgericht;
- Je bent punctueel, plichtsbewust en nauwkeurig;
- Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin voor het geleverde werk en de te bekomen resultaten;
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en je neemt zelf initiatief, maar tegelijk ben je een echte teamspeler;
- Je bent stressbestendig en stelt je flexibel op.
**Jouw toekomstige rol**:
1. Bijdrage leveren tot het aanbevelings
- en beslissingsproces inzake kredietdossiers teneinde de kredietportefeuille van AA België op een efficiënte en deskundige wijze te beheren en kredietverliezen te beperken
- Kredietdossiers grondig voorbereiden en analyseren;
- De correcte route begeleiden om tot een besluit te komen (via kredietcomité, of onder 6-ogen principe).
- Deelnemen, coördineren en verdedigen van de analyse tijdens het kredietcomité of erover waken dat de correcte 6-ogen worden betrokken in de besluitvorming
- Meewerken aan een gezamenlijk gedragen kredietbesluit
2. Instaan voor een accurate dagelijkse risicobewaking teneinde mogelijke krediet
- en operationele risico’s inzake de kredietenportefeuille tijdig op te sporen en teniet te doen
- Dagelijks analyseren en opvolgen van rapporten die als basis dienen om mogelijke kredietrisico’s (over-limieten, dekkingstekorten, debet-standen, derivaten-berekeningen) op te sporen en op te volgen;
- Opvolging met 1LoD organiseren m.b.t. risicofactoren, afdwingen van gepaste acties om gesignaleerde excepties op te lossen en waar nodig escaleren naar kredietcomité en/of Chief Risk Officer;
- Dagelijks correcte en tijdige behandeling van niet automatisch gefiatteerde betalingen omwille van tekorten dan wel documentaire imperfecties, en een besluit nemen om de betaling toch uit te voeren op basis van een correcte risico-afweging
- Signaleren en actief opvolgen van onregelmatigheden en indien nodig escaleren.
3. Instaan voor correct opmaken en tijdig aanleveren van rapportages: Maandelijks opmaken van Exception Reporting Minutes voor de verschillende Business Lines.

- Advisering in en coördinatie van het maandelijkse Watchlist comité Wealth Management om gezamenlijk tot een tijdige en correcte risico-herclassificatie van individuele kredieten te komen indien dit gepast zou zijn op basis van de early-warning-signals die uit de exception reporting naar boven komen
- Maandelijks opmaken van het Risk Dashboard waarin alle risico-types per afdeling van de bank worden gerapporteerd
