Parkwind is continuously looking for motivated employees who want to grow and develop together with the company. To reinforce our Finance department, Parkwind is looking for a **Financial** **Controller.
**Your role**
- Responsible for the planning, controlling and reporting activities of Parkwind NV and the companies in which Parkwind NV has a minority stake;
- Responsible for budget/forecast exercises and variance analyses;
- Responsible for preparing profit and loss, and cash flow analysis to enable decision-making; evaluate changes in account balances and identify items requiring escalation;
- Daily controlling of the projects in an early development phase;
- Responsible for preparation of reporting towards internal and external stakeholders (management, shareholders, etc.);
- Provide support in preparing board and management presentations;
- SAP key user for the controlling team. In this function you will support in the implementation of SAP in the company;
- Support the team in maintaining the master data for a correct analytical reporting;
- Participate and contribute to continuously improving reporting, controlling and planning processes, which help drive the operational efficiency of the company.
**Who are we looking for?**
- You obtained a master’s degree in finance;
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in a controlling background;
- You have a good ability to understand the key operational drivers of the business;
- You have a good knowledge of accounting principles and sound experience with SAP and reporting systems;
- You are an advanced user of MS Office, as well as Power BI;
- You are accurate and have strong analytical skills;
- You have good social and communicative skills and can work both in team as autonomous;
- You speak and write fluently English. Dutch and/or French is an asset.
